Anyone ever heard of armored core?
I love that game, but not too many people play it in america. Its mostly for the japanese due to its rough learning curve and complex controls. Its easier to play now than before since they changed the controls to fit newer players. Though it does require the same amount of thinking ability

OMG! Am I not a bad ass or what?

Yes, you're going to see me in pretty much EVERY topic... because gaming is my passion and... my job! < In case you forgot.

So... Armored Core, huh?

I own EVERY single game... okay, I think I'm missing (1) PS2 title, and (1 or 2) PSX title, but I got the ones for both the PS3 and Xb360... and PSP!

I love customizing my mech. I prefer agility and high rate of fire builds over the heavy arts/tanks build <too slow for me.

I use to submit my specs to that AC site, then they would build them and test them for combat. They would host local tourneys and everything. It was fucking awesome!

Yea I used to go to ACO a lot too. And I used to have all the ac games sept 3 of them I think. I don't have the psp, or one of the ps1 games.
The only ones I have now are: AC:LR, AC3, and silent line. Then AC for answer of course.

I prefer bipeds with agility and fast firing rate weapons, and then one powerweapon on the back like a grenade launcher or rockets. Nothing is more satisfying than hitting someone with a manual aim weapon. =D

An agile AC with energy weapons? How did that work out?
I would only presume a lot of energy issues to a build like that.

It really depends on how your parts mesh together though. Cause in AC: For Answer, I have an AC that's fast and has the most energy demanding boosters, yet I never run out of energy, WHILE having my attack power off the charts.
